Meet the owner & inspector
 | Bob Holland, owner and chief inspector of A & B Inspections, has a vast educational and work background. Bob has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineer and spent 10 years working in the engineering field. Bob also has 25 years experience as a licensed general contractor specializing in residential, light commercial, and public works projects across SW Washington. Bob has also spent 18 years in the fire service at the volunteer level, holding several command positions. |

Inspections (InterNACHI) and abide by InterNACHI Standards of Practice as well as
InterNACHI Code of
Ethics. A & B Inspections is also Washington State Department of
